2. Replacement Request Guidelines
Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 Hours (1 day) of your delivery date to request a replacement.
How to Request:

 - Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence of the defect or error along with unboxing video with out any cut or retake(must). (We are strict on these matters because of many Fraudulent Activities of scammers. We are trying to provide You, Our Premium Customer, the best experience, So we are forced to be more careful, Please cooperate.)
 - Customers may need to sent the product back to our warehouse address, address will be provided along with the case id after replacement approval.
 - Approval Process: Once your request is verified and damaged product's return courier slip/label is shared to us, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you.

- Late Requests: Requests made after 1 day from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
